FACE TO FACE SESSION
Face-to-face counselling offers a space free from interruptions and helps ensure your sessions are private.
Additionally, the impact of physically being in the same room may make it easier to express difficult or painful thoughts and emotions.
All face to face sessions take place in my counselling room in Hertford.
ONLINE OR TELEPHONE SESSION
We can speak over the telephone or Via Teams
Online counselling offers a more accessible approach to therapy, allowing you to attend sessions without the need to travel. It provides flexibility and can save valuable time. If you have mobility challenges or lack reliable transportation, online sessions may be a convenient solution.
WALK AND TALK THERAPY
(Daylight hours only)
Walk and talk therapy brings therapeutic sessions outdoors into natural settings, combining fresh air and physical activity with the therapeutic process.
Movement can make it easier to express emotions and enable you to feel more relaxed. It can also ease some of the pressure you may have experienced in the past with traditional therapy environments.
